i didn't workout prior to pregnancy. is this program appropriate for me?

Yep! Our method is appropriate for any fitness level. We encourage you to always check in and listen to your own body throughout each + every Materra Method workout. Each class includes real moms providing modifications and cues for every level, ensuring you feel supported every time you move with us. If you’re just getting started level 1 would be a great place to begin.
