Our pre and post natal fitness experts provide workouts that meet you where you are and take you where you want to go. Every session is personalized based on your stage of motherhood, personal goals and even how you’re feeling that very day.

If you have a specific concern, private or semi-private sessions are often your best (but not only) bet.

Your trainer will go through a detailed intake and assessment to get a good idea of what’s going on before moving forward with individualized workouts to address your needs. 

Hands on guidance

Private sessions are where it’s at if you’re looking for hands on cueing throughout your session that helps you get a little deeper into a stretch or connect more fully in an exercise.

If you’ve ever felt the incredible difference an instructor's little tweak can make in an exercise, you know one of the superpowers of private training.

How to get started.

Get started with a new client session with our founder, Abby Erker. This session is a $130 investment and includes: 

  • 75 minutes with Abby

  • Full body assessment and answers to your prenatal and postpartum fitness questions

  • Learning the foundations of our methodology including breath, core and pelvic floor connection

  • 1 free month of Materra Method Online

  • Follow-up email support with Abby

If you’re a returning client OR have been moving with us for a while you’re welcome to book a returning client private session with any of our trainers!

Call your sister or grab a friend and let’s move together! Semi-privates offer the same convenience and personalization of a private session with the perk of moving next to women you love.

This popular session type comes at a reduced per person cost and is available for groups of 2 to 4 women.

 Frequently asked questions

How long do I have to commit to doing privates?

There is no specific time commitment!

For some clients private sessions are a great jumping off point into our small group classes or online studio while others enjoy private sessions so much they stick with us for years. If you aren’t quite sure which option is best for you please don’t hesitate to contact us.

What experience do I need? What if I haven't worked out in a long time?

You don’t need any experience at all! We are value meeting you right where you are today and don’t expect that you have any experience with our method before coming in.

How much do sessions cost?

Your intro session is 75 minutes at $130 and after that price per session ranges from $74-$95 depending on instructor.
